  • 2 15 Oz can, Goode Foods Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut or vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla paste 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Step 1.

Preheat oven to 350 F

Step 2.

Combine all ingredients except chips in a food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Blend really well.

Step 3.

Stir in the chips, then pour into a greased 8×8 pan.

Optional: sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top

Step 4.

Cook the black bean brownies 30-35 minutes . Then Cool them at least 20 minutes before cutting. If they still look a bit undercooked, you can place them in the fridge overnight for firmness.
