Serves 12
  • 1 15oz can GOODE black beans 
  • 2 tbsp melted Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp plant based milk
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal flour 
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla paste 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips 
  • Pinch of salt


Step 1.

Preheat oven to 380 F.

Step 2.

Rinse the beans  in cold water, then drain.

Step 3.

In a food processor combine together all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. The batter should be similar to a thick mousse.

Step 4.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon evenly distributed dollops of batter on it. Use a spoon or a finger to form the cookies into round shapes.

Step 5.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes (they should still be a little soft when you remove them from the oven). Set a side a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
