  • 1 can GOODE black beans.
  • 2 flax eggs (2 1/2 tbsp ground flax + 6 tbsp water)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 cup of cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • For chocolate ganache:
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • sprinkles


Step 1.

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine ingredients for the flax egg and let sit 5 min. Meanwhile, grease donut moulds.

Step 2.

Combine all remaining ingredients in food processor. Blend for 3-4 mins or until smooth and creamy scraping down the sides as needed.

Step 3.

Use a spoon or pour into donut mould. Bake for 40-45mins or until tops are dry. The insides will remain soft and gooey. Allow to cool completely.

Step 4.

Place chocolate chips in a medium microwave safe bowl, add a tablespoon of milk to the chocolate chips and melt it in the microwave in small increments until it melted completely and is smooth when mixed well.

Step 5.

Dip the donut in the glaze and decorate it with sprinkles while it is still wet. Leave it on the cooling rack for the glaze to set. Enjoy!
