- 2 cans GOODE Pinto beans
- 15 oz Tomato Purée
- 1 small Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat pan over medium heat. Add oil, red bell pepper, onion and garlic.
Cook until veggies are soft. Add smoked paprika stir for 30 seconds.
Add apple cider vinegar and stir for another 30 seconds. Add maple syrup and stir for another minute. Add tomato purée and beans.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 min stirring every 5 minutes. Serve.
