P, B & J: PINTO BUTTER & JELLY SANDWICH

  • 1 can of Pinto beans
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower butter
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseeds 
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • Spoonful of sugar free jelly

instructions

Step 1.

In a food processor, combine pinto beans and sunflower butter. Blend until smooth paste. Add flaxseed meal, flaxseeds, vegan powdered sugar and natural vanilla paste. Blend well.

Step 2.

Add new Pinto butter and spread Sugar Free Grape jelly along 2 slices of bread to make a sandwich. Enjoy.
