- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup water
- 1 can GOODE Pinto Beans
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
In a skillet, cook green pepper and onion in olive oil until softened, about 4 minutes.
Add garlic, beans, and water.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes or until thickened. Spoon bean mixture over hamburger buns and serve.
