Red Bean Hummus

Serves 3
  • 1 can GOODE (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)
  • 1 tsp olive oil to drizzle on top
  • Cilantro and walnuts for garnishing


Step 1.

In food processor, combine all ingredients, except for olive oil and process until desired texture.

Step 2.

Garnish with chopped walnuts and cilantro.
