BLACK BEANS & RICE

  • 15 oz. can GOODE Black bean
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Small onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Pinch of ground cumin
  • Pinch of taste
  • 1/4 of lime
  • 1 side of rice
  • 1 once of cilantro

instructions

Step 1.

Heat oil in a small skillet.

Step 2.

Add onions and cook until they are almost translucent. Then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3.

Add  1 can of  Goode Foods  black beans, 1/2 cup of water along with a pinch of cumin and salt.

Step 4.

Bring to boil. Reduce and simmer for 15 minutes, until liquid is thickened as desired.

Step 5.

Add cilantro with lime and a side of rice. Enjoy! 🔥
