- 15 oz. can GOODE Black bean
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- Pinch of ground cumin
- Pinch of taste
- 1/4 of lime
- 1 side of rice
- 1 once of cilantro
Heat oil in a small skillet.
Add onions and cook until they are almost translucent. Then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add 1 can of Goode Foods black beans, 1/2 cup of water along with a pinch of cumin and salt.
Bring to boil. Reduce and simmer for 15 minutes, until liquid is thickened as desired.
Add cilantro with lime and a side of rice. Enjoy!
