Vegan Southwest Egg Rolls

Serves 10
  • 1/2 block Extra Firm Tofu
  • 1 can GOODE Black Beans
  • 1/2 can GOODE Corn
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning 
  • 10-12 Vegan Egg Roll wrappers
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Oil for frying


Step 1.

Preheat the oil in a pan over medium high heat.

Step 2.

Crumble the tofu into the pan. Add the black beans. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until the tofu is light brown.

Step 3.

Add the corn and taco seasoning. Sauté for another minute. Let it cool.

Step 4.

Take one wrapper, place 2 tbsp of filling in the center, fold the sides and roll it. Repeat with the all the filling.

Step 5.

Preheat the oil. Fry the rolls until golden brown.
