Serves 6-8
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 2 stalks of Celery
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 can of GOODE Pinto Beans
  • 1 can of GOODE Black Beans
  • 1 can of GOODE Green Beans
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp of Flour
  • 2-3 tbsp of Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • Veggie Stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1.

In a pot sauté onion, celery, carrot, and garlic for about 4-5 min.

Step 2.

Add flour and stir for a minute. Add water or veggie stock while constantly stirring. Add tomato paste and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3.

Let it come to a boil and add all the beans. Mix well and let it simmer 10-15 min. Add the parsley. Enjoy!
