Serves 2
  • 1 can GOODE chickpeas 
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp chickpea flour 
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • oil to grease
  • Maple syrup


Step 1

In a food processor add the chickpeas, milk, baking powder, corn starch, olive oil, chickpea flour, sugar, and salt. Blend up until smooth.

Step 2.

In a frying pan add the oil to grease and add 1 small ladle or 2 tbsp of mix.
Spread and cook for 2 minutes on one side.
When you will see some bubbles forming on the surface flip on the other side.

Step 3.

Cook for another minute.
Stack the pancakes one on top of the other.
Serve with maple syrup.
