Serves 3
  • 1 can GOODE Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup small Red Onion
  • 1 Stalk Celery
  • 3 tbsp Vegan Mayo
  • 1 tsp of Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp of Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp of Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Kombu Powder or Nori leaves (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


Step 1.

Drain the chickpeas and smash them with fork or potato masher.

Step 2.

Chop finely celery and onion and add it to the chickpeas.

Step 3.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Enjoy!
